The North Texas State Cup champions for 2010 were crowned last weekend with six different boys clubs claiming a title.  On the girls side it was a Sunday filled with final matches between Sting and Dallas Texans.   Sting claimed two titles while the Dallas Texans notched four titles on the day.

BOYS --
Under 18 -
AYSES Gold 3-1 Dallas Texans South

Under 17 -
DFW Tejanos 3 Dallas Texans Red 0
The DFW Tejanos 93 boys and Coach Willie Molano had no trouble in the final crunching the Texans 3-0 on the afternoon.

Under 16 -
Solar Red 3  TFC 1
No surprise here as the Classic League champions rolled through the tournament in grand fashion.

Under 15 -
Dallas Texans Red 4 Solar 3

Under 14 -
Solar 1  FC Dallas 0
Solar 96 and Coach Kevin Smith defended their Classic League title by taking a hard fought win over FC Dallas Youth.

Under 13 -
FC Dallas 4  FC Dallas Blue 0
The best team in the Classic League for the spring rolled to the State Cup title as Coach Chris Hayden's team blasted their brothers 4-0 in the final.

Under 12 -
TFC Royal 2  Solar 1
The dominance of Solar 98 was dented as TFC Royal knocked them off after an undefeated year in the Classic League.    TFC Royal posted four shutouts on their way to the title.

Under 11 -
Dallas Texans 2  Dallas Texans South 1
It was an all Texans affair with Coach Clint Craft's boys coming out on top 2-1.

GIRLS ---
Under 17 -
Dallas Texans Red 1 Sting 0
It took a powerful Sting defense to slow down the Texans offense that had notched 17 goals on their way to the finals.  Texans were able to solve the Sting defense for the only goal they would need in the 1-0 win.

Under 16 -
Dallas Texans Red 3  Solar Red 0
The Texans had no trouble in claiming the State Cup title rolling to a 3-0 victory.  They were unscored upon for the tournament with a 17-0 goal differential.

Under 15 -
Sting 1  Dallas Texans 0
Both teams rolled into the finals showdown where Sting took the title.

Under 14 -
Dallas Texans Red 2  Sting 1
After slipping through the group stages, the Texans left nothing to chance on the final weekend as they took the U14 title.

Under 13 -
Dallas Texans 1  Sting 0
Yet another Texans victory in the day long battle between the two clubs.

Under 12 -
FC Dallas 1  Dallas Texans 0
It was refreshing to see someone other than the Texans in the winners circle as FC Dallas claimed the U12 State Cup championship.

Under 11 -
Sting 2  Dallas Texans 1
Sting was solid the whole tournament as they grabbed the trophy in a tight 21- win over rivals Texans.
