Saginaw Boswell 3, Abilene Wylie 2 (OT): Greg Lopez had a hat trick and scored the game-winning goal with 6 minutes left in overtime to lead the Pioneers to a Class 4A Region I area-round victory. Adam Harvey had two assists for Boswell (17-3-4), who plays Arlington Heights in the next round.

Fort Worth North Side 3, Denton 2 (SO): Juan Torres had the game-winning goal in the shootout for the Steers, which advance to the Class 4A Region I quarterfinals against Fossil Ridge. North Side improved to 15-1-4.

Fort Worth Arlington Heights 2, Fort Worth South Hills 1: The Yellow Jackets relied on their solid passing game to beat the Scorpions (16-7-2). Kenneth Conrad had the game-winning goal.

Flower Mound boys triumph, 2-0
Flower Mound scored once in each half in a 2-0 victory over Keller Central to win its first playoff game since 2003. Billy Plasket notched Flower Mound's first goal on a penalty kick in the 23rd minute.

Flower Mound doubled its lead three minutes into the second half when Garrett Getschow collected a long free kick from Juan Perez in front of the Keller Central goal and knocked it in.

Molina 3, North Mesquite 1: At Mesquite Memorial, Danny Hernandez recorded a hat trick for Molina with three second-half goals. Zach Nulisch scored for North Mesquite.

Plano 3, South Garland 0: At Garland's Homer B. Johnson Stadium, Tex McCullough scored two goals and assisted on a third to lead Plano (24-2). Abraham Houari also registered a goal and an assist.

Richardson Pearce 2, Mount Pleasant 1: Reece Markman scored the winning goal two minutes into the second overtime period. Markman was set up on a crossing pass from Scott Freundlich.

Hillcrest 3, McKinney Boyd 0: At Plano's Clark Field, Robert Maplay had two goals and an assist to lead Hillcrest (15-2-4) which scored all three of its goals in the first half. Diego Alvarado had the other goal on a throw-in from Maplay.

Frisco 2, McKinney 0: At Frisco Memorial Stadium, Chris Mullen scored 17 minutes into the first half at Frisco Memorial Stadium on a header assist Ryan Christianson. In the second half, Levi Dahl split two defenders and was able to get a shot inside the box for Frisco's second goal

W.T. White 3, Longview 2 (SO): At John E. Kincaide Stadium, Edwin Reyes and Herbert Umanzor scored in a shootout to lead W.T. White (14-6-1) to victory in a Class 5A bi-district playoff game. Umanzor opened the scoring in the first half, and teammate Luis Guerrero's goal gave W.T. White a 2-1 lead going into halftime.

Hebron 5, Southlake Carroll 2: At Justin Northwest, Lucas Bassan had two goals for Hebron (19-6), which led 3-0 early in the second half and never trailed.

Arlington Martin 2, Grand Prairie 0: At South Grand Prairie, Alex Ramirez scored a goal in the second half and assisted on another to lead Martin (12-4-6). Sammy Valosek scored in first half

Coppell 1, Keller 0: At Southlake's Dragon Stadium, Steven Haltom scored in the first half off a corner kick taken by Brian Hulbert.

Frisco Centennial 2, Greenville 1 (OT): At McKinney's Ron Poe Stadium, Brian Mikeska headed in a cross from his brother, Andy Mikeska, off a corner kick in the first overtime period for the win. Frisco Centennial (17-2-2) also scored on an own goal by Greenville in the second half.

Skyline 2, Mesquite 0: At Kincaide Stadium, Luis Salas scored both of Skyline's goals in the second half. Gabriel Elizonda assisted on one of the goals.

Plano West 1, Sachse 0 (SO): At Garland's Williams Stadium, Plano West Ryan Parr, Alex Chi and Karl McLaughlin gave Plano West a 3-0 win in the shootout after 100 minutes of scoreless soccer.

Rowlett 1, Lake Highlands 0: At Carrollton's Standridge Stadium, Preston Volz scored at the 48-minute mark on an assist by Kyle Cornwell for the win.

Flower Mound Marcus 2, Grapevine 1: Josh Mensah scored with less than two minutes left to break a 1-1 tie. A David Bosco header gave Marcus a 1-0 lead with 25 minutes left.

Kaufman 1, Midlothian 0 (SO): Josh Beltran stopped 10 shots on goal to help Kaufman hold on for a shootout victory.
