The Dallas Texan girls won a pair of showcase titles at the prestigous Disney Soccer Showcase while Sting was able to claim 2 Predator titles last week in Florida.  Polaris was also able to claim the Under 15 Predator title.

Under 18 Showcase -
The Dallas Texan 89 girls won the title in dramatic fashion.  After going through group play with 2 wins and a draw the girls faced a strong FC Pennsylvania Strikers squad in the semifinal who had cruised in group play without giving up a goal.  The clean sheet streak would end against the Texans.  The match ended 2-2 and would go to penalties where the Dallas side prevailed setting up a final against Massapequa Rascals United.  The final was hotly contested as neither side was able to find the net.  Once again the Texans were up to the challenge in penalties where they won the Disney title.

Under 18 Predator -
The Sting Royal squad from Dallas lost a tight 2nd day match to TSC Challenge of Houston, but were able to overcome the loss with a nice 3-0 win over North Atlanta in matchday 3 to claim the wildcard entry to the semifinals.  In the semifinals the girls were able to shutout Spacecoast United 1-0 setting up a final match against Tophat Gold.  Tophat was up to the task and posted a 1-0 win over Sting to claim the Predator championship.

Under 18 Copa -
The DFW Tejanos 89 girls were eliminated in group play after posting 1 win and 2 losses.  The girls beat Colorado Storm and suffered a pair of 1 goal defeats to Albertson Fury and FSA Seminole Saturn.

Under 17 Showcase -
The Dallas Texan 90 girls faced a very good Chicago Magic squad in matchday 3 after both sides won their opening two matches.  The two teams entered the tied in points and goal differential making it a winner take all affair.  A wildly entertaining game ended in a 2-2 draw thus penalty kicks were needed to decide the group champion.  The Texan girls prevailed in pks eliminating the Chicago side that deserved a better fate.  In the semifinal The Dallas Texans faced a solid Santa Rosa United side and were able to advance to the final with a 2-1 win.  The girls saved their best for last as in the final a dominating defense led the way to a 2-0 shutout win over Countryside Lightning.

Under 17 Predator -
Dallas Sting Royal were eliminated in group play after posting 1 win and 2 losses.  They opened with a pair of losses to Sereno White of Arizona and FC Delco before closing group play with a 2-1 win over Ohio Elite.

Under 17 Copa White -
The FC Dallas 90 girls were eliminated in group play after posting a 2 wins and a loss.  They opened with a 1-0 win over FC Pride before losing to eventual group champs East Meadow Dynamite 3-2 in matchday 2.  The girls closed with a 2-1 win over Lady Twins White.

Under 16 Showcase -
The Dallas Texans 91 girls were eliminated in group play losing a matchday 3 game with Eclipse Select South 2-1.  Both teams entered the deciding game after winning their opening 2 games.  The Texan girls opened Disney with dominating wins over Sereno White and FC Bucks Vipers.

Under 16 Predator -
The Sting Royal girls entered matchday 3 needing a win over Avalanche Premier while also needing the FC Delco girls to slip up to claim the group title.  Sting took care of their side winning 2-0 while FC Delco fell 1-0 to ST Louis SC giving Sting a semifinal appearance.  In the semis the girls would face Albertson Fury who were overmatched by the Dallas side 2-0.  Colorado Rush Nike waited in the final and the Sting squad was able to claim a 1-0 shutout win for the Predator title.

Under 16 Copa Black -
The Solar 91 girls claimed the bracket 1 title with 2 wins and a draw without giving up a goal.  Meanwhile the ASG West Gold side took the bracket 3 title with a similar 2 wins and a draw.  Ironically the 2 Dallas sides would meet in the semifinals where ASG put forth a dominating 4-1 effort over the Solar girls.  The solid semifinal win was not enough to propel ASG to the title though as they ran into a stout Norcross Fury side in the final losing 1-0.

Under 15 Showcase -
Sting Royal rolled to winning the bracket 1 title winning all 3 matches with a 7-2 differential.  Meanwhile the Dallas Texan 92 girls were taking care of business in bracket 4 where thet won 2 and tied 1 for the group title.  The two sides were to meet in the semifinal where Sting was able to win in a 1-0 shutout to advance to play PDA Fire in for the championship.  The Dallas side were unable to claim the title though losing 2-1.

Under 15 Predator -
The Sting White squad were able to take bracket 1 on goal differential as they finished in a 3 way tie with 2 wins and a loss.  Ironically the same thing happened to Polaris in bracket 3 where they also claimed the group on differential after a 3 way tie.  Polaris and Sting White would face off in an entertaining semifinal where Polaris would prevail 3-2.  The final was another entertaining affair where Polaris would claim the Predator title with a 3-2 win over the KUFC Knockouts.

Under 15 Copa -
The DFW Tejanos 92 girls were eliminated in group play after posting 2 losses and a draw with Dynamo 92.
