Matchday 4 has come and gone in District 7-6A and it is quickly becoming a group of the "haves" and the "have nots".  Coppell and Colleyville Heritage are clearly "haves".  Southlake wants in that "have" group.  Meanwhile Richland is treading water with 4 points from 4 matches and Haltom have real hopes for the first time in years of a playoff berth.

Coppell 2 Richland 0

Not quite as dominant performance as we have been used to seeing from Coppell in district play, but who is to argue with a two goal shutout win right?  Hopefully the Cowboys don't get bored rolling through this district.

Colleyville Heritage 3  LD Bell 1
Omri Sharf was the man as he scored a pair of goals in helping Colleyville keep pace with Coppell at the top of the league.  The big showdown for district supremacy is looming closer and closer.

Southlake 1  Trinity 0
Not the most inspiring effort from the Dragons, but three points is three points.  Corey Dotson grabbed the game winning goal in the 55th minute. The Trojans continue to be offensively challenged.

Haltom bye - another Richland loss has the Buffalos drooling over 4th place.

District 7-6A standings
Coppell     3-0-0   9   +14
Colleyville  3-0-0  9    + 7
Southlake  2-1-0  6    + 3
Richland    1-2-1   4   - 5
Haltom       1-2-0   3   - 2
LD Bell       0-2-2   2   -11
Trinity          0-3-1  1   - 6
