Everton confirmed for Dallas Cup XXXIII Super Group

Everton FC is returning to Dallas sending their youth squad to participate in the Dallas Cup XXXIII Super
Group. The 2011 English Premier Academy League champions Everton FC are the first 2012 Gordon Jago Super Group team to be confirmed. Everton FC will be making their first trip to the Dallas Cup since 1999.

The Premier Academy league is an U18 league comprised of academies from the top-level English clubs. The long standing relationship of Dallas Cup with the English Premiership League gives the US fans an opportunity to see the future stars of soccer.

Tournament Manager Randy Jones: “We are really pleased to have Everton back at the Dallas Cup in the Super Group for 2012. When last here in 1999 in our Under 14 group there was a young lad by the name of Wayne Rooney in the squad. Who knows what we will see in the Super Group squad next April but I know one thing for sure, there will be some outstanding “Everton Football” played on the fields at the Dallas Cup.”
