Finals Set at Southern Regionals

The Finals are all set in North Carolina at the Southern Regionals and North Texas is well represented as usual. Under 19 boys - Solar 89 has another chance to advance to nationals as they rivals CASL Elite in the semifinal today. Waiting in the finals tomorrow is another North Carolina squad Triangle Navy FC. Under 18 boys - Defending national champion Andromeda 90 had no trouble in the semiifinals with Charlotte SC, winning 4-0, and will play North Atlanta Elite for a chance to return to nationals. Under 17 boys - The Andromeda 91 boys upset North Texas champions Dallas Texans 1-0 in the semifinals today and will face CASL Elite in tomorrow's championship. Under 16 boys - Solar 92 fell today in the semifinals to Triangle Unied of North Carolina by a 3-2 score. Under 15 boys - Dallas Texans 93 stormed past GSA Pheonix of Georgia 3-0 in todays semifinal. Awaiting in tomorrows final is CASL Elite. Under 14 boys - Dallas Texans 94 were upset today in overtime by SCSA Gold of North Carolina 2-1. Under 19 girls - Sting 89 did not advance out of group play. Under 18 girls - Sting 90 advanced to the championship with a 2-1 win over BUSA Angels from Alabama today. They will face Edmond SC 90 of Oklahoma in the finals. Under 17 girls - An all North Texas championship match is on hand as FC Dallas 91 will face off against Dallas Texans 91. The two teams met on opening day as Dallas Texans won 2-0. Under 16 girls - Sting 92 took out AFC Lightning in the semifinal and will face TSC Challenge from Houston in the championship match. Under 15 girls - An all Texas final pitting North against South is on hand. D'Feeters 93 will play Lonestar 93. The two teams met in group play ending in a 2-2 draw. Under 14 girls - It is an all North Texas final as Solar Red will take on D'Feeters in the final. Solar Red knocked off Dallas Texans while D'Feeters took out Charlotte SC to advance today.
