Huge Game for FC Dallas at Real Salt Lake on Satruday

Real Salt Lake play their second game in their new Rio Tinto Stadium hoping to make some more history and with a win over FC Dallas can all but clinch their first ever MLS playoff appearance.  An RSL victory, and the failure of the Colorado Rapids to win, and the Utah club will have its first postseason berth. FC Dallas is trying to return to the playoffs for a fourth consecutive season, but begins the penultimate weekend a point out of the final wild card spot after blowing golden chances in two previous home matches where could only manage draws with San Jose and Toronto FC.

Unfortunately for FC Dallas they will be without midfielder Andre Rocha, who leads the team with eight assists.  However, Victor Sikora should be back in the starting 11 for the first time since August to take Rocha's place.

"We've used Victor a couple of times as a reserve coming in to see how he's adjusting," FC Dallas head coach Schellas Hyndman said. "With Andre out, I think I'm ready to give Victor a chance and start him."

There could be another change to Dallas's starting group. On Wednesday, right back Adrian Serioux played for Canada in a World Cup qualifier and didn't return to Frisco until Thursday. He did train on Friday but will likely be a gametime decision.

"I'm going to let him kind of gauge it for me," Hyndman said. "If he feels the enthusiasm and excitement when he gets there and wants to play, then I'll play him. If he says he would like to come in as a sub, then we'll gauge that. If that is the case then we'll put Drew Moor out there and (Aaron Pitchkolan) on the field (in the middle). They've done a good job for us, so it's not like we're desperately looking for someone."
