Mexico Under 17 National Team confirmed for Dallas Cup XXXI

Dallas Cup has confirmed that the Mexico Under 17 National Team will be competing in the Super Group of Dallas Cup XXXI next spring. The high profile commitment will just add even more flair to what is widely considered the best youth tournament in the world. The Mexico U17s join Tottenham Hotspur from England as participants in Dallas Cup XXXI Super Group play with 10 more sides to be announced at a later date. The Mexico Under 17 National Team is currently playing at the Under 17 World Cup in Nigeria and has advanced out of the group stages to a round of 16 matchup against South Korea on Thursday. “With the addition of the Mexican Under 17 National team to the Super Group and earlier confirmation from Tottenham Hotspurs (England) the group is starting to take shape” states Tournament Manager Randy Jones. “We will continue to make further announcements on additional Super Group teams as details are finalized. Discussions with top teams from Europe, South America, Central America, Japan and North America continue as we work to complete the Super Group."
