North Texas crowns boys State Cup champions

Mother's Day is always a special day in Dallas. Not only for all the wonderful mothers, but also for elite soccer players as State Cup champions are crowned and Region III berths are earned. The Dallas Texans claimed four titles while Solar notched three.
U11 - Dallas Texans 00 3 TFC 1
Offense was the name of the game for the U11 champions as they reeled off 19 goals in their four victories.
U12 - Solar Red 2 Barcelona 1
Solar Red 99 were the winners at the U12 age. The Classic League runners up had their path made easier when Grand Champions Dallas Texans crashed out in group play. Solar Red slipped past Andromeda Red and Barcelona by identical 2-1 scores in the semi and finals.
U13 - Solar 98 3 Real Madrid AC 0
Solar 98 held serve as they defended their Classic League title by also claiming State Cup. They claimed a dominant win in the finals over surprise finalist Real Madrid AC.
U14 - Dallas Texans 97s 3 Andromeda Red 0
The Dallas Texans were absolutely dominant in rolling through the final weekend of U14 State Cup after barely slipping through the opening weekend.
U15 - Dallas Texans 96 2 Solar 96 1
It was a battle of arch rivals as Dallas Texans 96 knocked off Classic League Grand Champions Solar by a 2-1 score.
U16 - Solar Red 95 2 FC Premier 0
Solar Red had no problem in taking care of surprise finalist FC Premier by a 2-0 score. FC Premier had upset Solar 95 in the semifinals preventing an interclub final.
U17 - TFC 2 Dallas Texans Red 0
The best team in North Texas all year long proved it once again in State Cup as TFC rolled over Dallas Texans Red by a 2-0 score.
U18 - Dallas Texans Red West
A surprise winner emerged at the U18 age as both top finishers from the Classic League did not participate in the tournament.
