Defense lets down FC Dallas once again

The poor FC Dallas defense once again reared its ugly head on Saturday evening in Kansas City.  A 2-1 lead with 13 minutes to play just wasnt enough as the Wizards rallied for a 3-2 win. After Claudio Lopez gave Kansas City the lead in the 9th minute, FC Dallas put in a solid next 35.   A perfect strike from Dax McCarty found the lower left of the net in the 44th to send the match to half all.

FC Dallas came out fast in the 2nd half and Jeff Cunningham scored to put the visitors on top.  The lead would hold up until the 77th minute when Josh Wolff redirected a low ball from Zoltan for the tying goal.  Only 3 minutes later Kansas City would have its winner as Jimmy Conrad knocked home from close range.

Scoring is clearly not the problem with FC Dallas currently.  Anytime you notch 8 goals in a two game stretch and still lose one of the two there are issues.
