As Arlington Martin were taking field to face San Angelo Central in Abilene word was coming that a tornado was rolling through their hometown back in Arlington.  Bad weather and a tornado were not going to stop Martin today though.

Even as San Angelo Central jumped out to an early lead, Martin did not panic.  Instead they banged in three goals to take a 3-1 halftime lead.  Taylor Johnson tied the game at one and then Marco Draganic knocked in a pair.

San Angelo Central would rally though getting a goal back via a penalty kick and then pressing as time ran out.  With only 58 seconds left in the match Central tied the game at three to send it to overtime.

Neither team scored in the overtime and a shootout was on tap.  The shootout was a tense affair as it went a whopping seven rounds before junior midfielder Doug Boudreaux netted the winner for Martin.
