Another 2-0 road lead.  Another late match collapse. Vancouver's Kekuta Manneh and Camilo scored three minutes apart as the Vancouver Whitecaps rallied for a 2-2 draw with MLS leading FC Dallas on Saturday.

Dallas opened the scoring in the ninth minute when Kenny Cooper’s header off a Michel corner kick bounced off of Vancouver’s Andy O’Brien and over the goal line.

Matt Hedges made it 2-0 in the 47th minute when he got in close to the goal following a Michel free kick and scored past Vancouver goalie Joe Cannon.

FCD's chances of getting its seventh win took a hit in the 77th minute when midfielder Jackson received a red card, forcing FC Dallas to play one man down. While battling for the ball, Jackson took a swing that connected with Vancouver defender Alain Rochat’s face.

The 18 yr old Kekuta Manneh, who subbed in during the 54th minute for Jun Marques Davidson, pulled the Whitecaps within one off a rebound, and Camilo tied it in the 75th minute on a shot that deflected off a defender.

Despite their first place standing, let's be honest.  This team has serious flaws.  It is an offensive side that has problems closing out matches.  The team has allowed 9 goals on the season and every single one of them has come in the final 22 minutes of matches.

Dallas completed the home and home series taking 4 of the 6 points and remain unbeaten in their last six matches. The Whitecaps (2-3-3) remained unbeaten in three games at home, but have gone six games overall without a win.

FC Dallas will look to continue their perfect home streak a week from Wednesday when it hosts the Portland Timbers.
