The TCU womens soccer team will be hosting the Mexico National Team on August 25th in Fort Worth for an exhibition match. Horned Frog sophomore Kaylie Garcia is currently playing for Mexico this summer and could possibly play for both TCU and the National Team in the exhibition. The match will be played at 7pm on the TCU campus. "We are excited about the opportunity to test ourselves against a full National team that is preparing for World Cup and Olympic qualifying," said head coach Dan Abdalla. "It is even more exciting with Kaylie Garcia starting to work her way into their squad. She'll maybe play a half with both teams." TCU will open the season on August 21st with a road game in Austin against the University of Texas. TCU is coming off 14-4-2 season last year and looks to field a very strong squad for 2009.
