TCU Women Ready for Spring Schedule

Coming off one of their most successful seasons in recent history, the TCU womens soccer team is gearing up to build on that success with a challenging spring schedule. The Lady Frogs will open their spring season with an alumni match on Saturday, January 31st. Then on February 7th, they will face off against Navarro and Richland at Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium in Fort Worth.Following its three home matches, TCU will travel to Austin to face off against 2008 NCAA qualifier Miami and Oklahoma on Saturday, February 28th. The team will open March on Saturday, March 7 at home against North Texas, who went 15-4-1 last fall. The Lady Frogs will then travel to College Station on March 29 to take on Texas A&M, who lost in the quarterfinals of the 2008 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament to eventual NCAA Champion North Carolina. TCU will put the wraps on its spring slate on April 4 at home against Texas Tech who TCU defeated last fall.
